GETTING OUT OF TROUBLE WITH A CRIMINAL ATTORNEY CLEARWATER

I was spending the holiday under a large narra tree at the back of our yard reading some of the greatest and most controversial criminal cases in history. I have read on the long debated case of O.J. Simpson. I was astonished and amazed as I read and reread the arguments in each opposite side. More and more I forgot to do other activities after being engrossed in following the one of the most documented trial battles of all time. In fact, I have some books regarding that case and have continued to be an avid reader of the main character. In a sense, the law fascinates me and it made me believe that in law, all is fair and square. A criminal attorney clearwater stressed that the law may be harsh but it is still the law emphasizing that the law applies to all with equality.

Being a student of the law, I got interested in fictional stories which involve suspense, conspiracy and the like. I developed interest and natural liking in the grotesque, the mysterious and the thriller. Criminal cases appeal to me the most. Stories involving arson, rape and murder are what I read most of the times. I am a fond of author John Greysham but lately do I develop interest in reading actual cases when I started getting involved with a deep sense of acquaintance with a criminal attorney clearwater. He is among the best lawyer I have known and I could attest that he is definitely a good person to be with when you get into trouble with the law. We need more lawyers like him to facilitate the proper and speedy dispensation of justice. Do not think twice to consult a lawyer of his kind because you are assured of getting your day in court which is but fit and proper.

THE NEED FOR ARMY SUSTAINMENT

The American social philosopher, Lewis Mumford, argues that the machine was an offshoot of war; that the invention of gunpowder motivated the creation of the basic element of modern civilization, iron; that since the gun itself stimulated also the invention of power engines; that war created the military engineer who was the archetype of manufacturing administrator and something different from the simple craftsman from the Middle Ages. From these words of Mumford, we can deduce that wars have spawned positive aspects of human existence, the foremost of which is the rise of iron revolution where industries and engines are developed and enhanced not only to help in war but also to improve the works in industries. While war has been protested against in many instances, it is an inevitable aspect of human history that may not be avoided.
From the time warfare is developed as means of survival and creating civilization, army sustainment is an integral part of military warfare. The different weapons used in war are the key in winning a very crucial battlefront. In fact, military generals give a considerable attention to military sustainment as part and parcel of the plan or military logistics. Without an organized and systematized knowledge in military sustainment, the army is likely face an inevitable defeat. In peacetime, army sustainment is still important to keep peace and order in some war-stricken areas in a country or where the peace and order situation is worse that military presence is actually needed to deter criminal and rebellious element who are posing threats to the peace of the people.
