Having twins as my first children was instant expansion of our original family plan. My husband and I were very careful in growing our family, because we needed to safeguard the proper upbringing of the children, and proper spacing would be a healthy and crucial contribution to raising a child perfectly. But with twins, there was no spacing to talk about even. It was always hitting two birds with one stone, or doubling the effort to cover for two. Whichever the case was, we were one happy family.

When one of the twins, Kaila, was diagnosed with some hearing problems, I was quick on my feet to get the most updated and state of the art hearing aid at that time. Her audiologist had issues with my choice, which is why we eventually got her a different one, this time, recommended by her specialist, not a pharmacy advertisement. Just over a year later, the other twin Makeesha, showed the same signs of hearing problems that her twin displayed before. Her tests concluded that she had the same hearing issues as her sister, and had to have her own set of hearing aid. Not only am I able to save resources, but I am mostly able to provide the help she needs as soon as possible.
